Tapenade of green olives and garlic. A simple combination of mild Italian olives and garlic, too delicious on a toasted baguette.
Can be used on toast as an aperitif, tapas or antipasti.
Cut a baguette into pieces and spread the tapenade on the rolls. Then put them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for eight to ten minutes for a quick kind of bruschette.
