This tapenade is delicious on bruschetta, a slice of toasted bread. Cut a country white bread into 1 cm slices and grill until light brown on both sides. While the bread rolls are still warm, spread a clove of garlic over the bread slices. Then sprinkle with Delicious Bread Dipper or Olive Oil and cover the rolls with the tapenade. Then top with capers, parsley, mozzarella or choose your own variation.
