Place the herbs and 300ml of warm water in a pan. Let the mix infuse over a low heat and wait for the water to absorb. When this is done, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan. Raise the heat slightly and heat the herbs with oil well. Then add 100ml pasta water to the herbs and 175ml basic tomato pasta sauce (optional). Let this steep for about 15 minutes on a low heat, and enjoy.
