This Fusilloni is produced with a bronze mouthpiece and dries more slowly than other pasta. This creates a better taste and you get a better end result when the pasta is prepared “Al Dente”. Only natural ingredients are used for the 6 colors. The pasta owes its colors to: squid, beetroot, bell pepper, spinach, turmeric and standard pasta. The pasta is made from 100% Italian durum wheat.
Cook the pasta al dente for 10/12 minutes.
