Fiji ginger syrup is a sweet syrup made from ginger, a rhizome with a distinctive spicy flavor and aroma. Ginger is beloved worldwide for its culinary and medicinal properties. Fiji ginger syrup is prepared by combining ginger juice with sugar and sometimes water, and then cooking it to obtain a concentrated syrup.
